Hosting equipment at a major exchange point provides unparalleled stability and redundancy with all internet feeds taken from providers in the same building thus removing the historical unreliability of telecommunication circuits. SLA (Service Level Agreement). Alentus UK is able to provide an SLA of 99.975%. In the unlikely event of Alentus UK maintaining service below 99.975%, Alentus UK will credit the client with 1 day of service for every hour of outage subject to a maximum of 25 days each calendar month. Alentus UK maintains a minimum of 40% headroom on its core network at all times. Server BackupAlentus UK is able to provide a wide range of backup options which can be purchased in addition to your base service.Tape rotation services are included free of charge. Remote "Hands"Alentus UK provide free remote "hands" up to 15 minutes per day. This service can cover such items such as server restarts, tape rotation, or maintenance work.
