We can host any 19" rack mountable equipment, as well as standard mini or midi towers. We allocate space from 1U (rack unit) in height to a full rack. We can also offer 10U, 20U and 42U secure cabinets.

Your servers can be connected to our core network at speeds starting at 10Mbit/sec up to 1 Gbit/sec. You can choose from burstable bandwidth with an allocated data transfer level or throttled (rate limited) bandwidth. Transfer ranges can range from 5GB to 600GB per month to suit your usage patterns.

Every one of our Colocation clients benefits from round the clock access, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), free reboots, free tape rotation, use of clean rooms and up to 15 minutes per day free 'remote hands' service.

We guarantee to provide 100% uptime for all Colocation servers in our care. We make this bold claim because we're totally confident in our facilities and services.

At Alentus UK we back up our confidence in the reliability of our services with a Service Level Agreement or SLA. These set out in writing the commitments we undertake to deliver. We can even offer tailored levels of service to match your own specific business requirements.

Our secure facilities will provide you with complete peace of mind. In addition to a PAC security card access system all entrances, exits and main areas are covered by CCTV that is monitored and recorded 24 hours per day. We also maintain a Very Early Smoke Detection (VESDA) system as well as high specification fire suppression systems to afford the greatest levels of safety and confidence.

If needed, we can take full responsibility for maintaining your servers. Our maintenance service includes security patching, audits, general housekeeping, monitoring and server support undertaken by our onsite engineers. This permits you to be free from worry and uncertainty.
